No HDMI Signal

Symptom

No HDMI signal from the expander.

Explanation

The secondary LCD/EVF port (on the side of the camera) and the HDMI port cannot be used at the same time. For more information, go to LCD/EVF Left / HDMI Select.

Potential Resolutions

• If an LCD or EVF is connected to the secondary LCD/EVF port (on the side of the camera), remove the LCD or EVF.
• Ensure that HDMI monitoring/recording is set up correctly. For more information, go to Record Via HD-SDI or HDMI.
