Hard Reset

When the camera is experiencing firmware issues that do not respond to normal remedies, you can perform a hard reset. Performing this reset will clear all user files (presets, LUTs, etc.) in addition to resetting all user settings to their default settings.

To perform a hard factory reset, perform the following:

1. Switch the camera power switch OFF.

2. Press and hold the REC button on the right side.

3. Switch the camera power switch ON.

4. When the "Initializing" screen display, release the REC key.

The camera resets all of the settings to default values.
